Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, and pet hair
• Returned with original tags attached
Final Sale Items
These can't be returned or exchanged:
• Earrings and body jewelry, for hygiene reasons
• Intimates and swimwear
• Items marked Final Sale or clearance
• Gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help you exchange it, subject to availability.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
